New Patients at Renew Family Health Center
Welcome to Renew Family Health Center! At our friendly and modern office, we want you to feel at home and quickly know you’re in the right place. When you first come in, we’ll give you a brief tour of the office to help familiarize you with our practice and help you feel more comfortable.
Our new patient process is straightforward and seamless. We will email over your forms for you to complete them in advance if you would like. Otherwise, we will have them on our iPad if you’d like to fill them out when you come in.
The First Visit
On the first visit, we will start with a consultation, taking a history and getting more information about what’s going on with your health. Then, the chiropractor will do a hands-on exam. If we feel it’s necessary, we’ll take X-rays on the first visit.
We will adjust some patients on the first visit. These individuals typically have had chiropractic care in the past. For example, if someone just moved here and was getting adjusted at a chiropractic office near their old neighborhood and was looking for a new one here, we feel more comfortable adjusting on their first visit.
On the other hand, if the patient hasn’t had chiropractic care in the past, we’ll break it up into two visits.
Please allow 45 minutes to an hour for the initial appointment.
The Second Visit
We’ll go over the exam findings at this appointment. You’ll be presented with a well- thought-out care plan on how to best approach what’s going on. We’ll also go over X-rays if they were taken. You’ll also be informed about your insurance benefits. If you agree to start care we can begin this day.
Financials
Your chiropractor will discuss all financial information. We take insurance and offer military discounts. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover are also accepted and patients can use their Health Savings Account (HSA).
